With production and service for both Restaurant and Retail Bakery in mind we are looking to recruit a
Pastry Chef
The successful candidate must be self motivated and organised, creative and passionate about baking, decorating and displaying cakes, pastries, biscuits and desserts in quantity
The position would ideally suit a keen, energetic Commis/Chef de Partie
We offer excellent hours of work (no evenings) and working environment with alternate weekends off.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, capable team member to join our Kitchen Brigade. The successful candidate will have the ability and passion to produce tasty, good quality food from fresh seasonal produce.
An awareness of food safety is also required
